Background

In a watchtower in the Novigrad Far Outskirts (#1), you’ll find a corpse holding a Bloody Letter and an Incrusted Key. Reading the letter will trigger the quest.

Walkthrough

The letter will indicate that there is a drop box in the lake to the south. When you head over there, you’ll find a treasure chest under the pier (#2). It’ll have over 200 Florens plus some random items inside. Looting the chest will complete the quest.
