1 – Hidden Treasure / Sack
2 – Underwater Escape Tunnel
3 – Underwater Cave

Background

Just outside Toussaint Prison in Toussaint South, you’ll discover a sack sitting next to a tree (#1). Inside the sack, you’ll find an Escape Artist’s Journal. Reading the journal will trigger the quest.

Walkthrough

The journal will mention that there’s an eleven treasure located underwater to the south, but that the key necessary to unlock it was lost in the prison escape tunnel to the north. Inside the escape tunnel (#2), you’ll find lots of things to loot, including a skeleton with a Masterly Ornamented Key. It might take you a while to swim down into the tunnel and loot everything, so Killer Whale is a good idea before starting out.

Inside the underwater elven treasure chamber (#3), you’ll find even more containers to loot, including a locked chest on the far side. The chest will probably contain lots of crafting supplies. Looting the chest will complete the quest.
