5: Dead-Eye: Increases to-hit chance by 20% (cooldown: 3 rounds)
6: Double-Tap: Shoots a single target 2 times, increases critical hit chance
7: Chainshot: Shoots 3 different targets in one attack
9: Disarm: Forces target to drop weapon
