Encased Review

A by-the-numbers post-apocalyptic RPG, Encased starts off strong, but peters out long before it can deliver a satisfying conclusion to its initially intriguing storylines.

Expeditions: Conquistador Review

Its threadbare budget may make things clunkier than they ideally should've been, but even so, Expeditions: Conquistador manages to simply ooze with the spirit of adventure as you explore the New World, never certain if you'll have enough supplies to reach the next point of interest.

While some puzzles were too easy, and the puzzle-like nature of the deckbuilding itself hurts replayability, it's still easy to recommend Inscryption to anyone who finds its aesthetics and tone appealing.

The pinnacle of Metroidvania in every aspect, Metroid Dread delights us with incredible boss fights that feel rewarding to learn, and offers hyper-responsive controls that make controlling Samus a blast. And in the meantime, the added horror elements revitalize an already successful formula.
