Avowed Revealed – Obsidian Entertainment’s First-person RPG

It looks like Obsidian Entertainment isn’t quite ready to put their Pillars of Eternity universe to rest. But, now that they’re backed by Microsoft, they’re adding another dimension to it. As a result, we can now check out this very much vague reveal trailer for Avowed – an epic first-person RPG set in the Pillars of Eternity world that seems to be inspired by The Elder Scrolls series:

According to the game’s website, it will be coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox Game Pass, and Windows 10 PCs. And according to this Eurogamer article, Josh Sawyer, who directed both Pillars of Eternity games, is not involved with this project.
