Vampire: Bloodlines v2.3 Unofficial Patch Released

A new unofficial patch has been released for Troika’s Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, this time bringing the RPG up to version 2.3. Once again, this latest patch requires the official v1.2 patch to be previously installed. The fixes:

– Put ten ‘Jamie Sue’ rounds in Romero’s chest for the cemetery quest.

– Lowered humanity points gainable during the serial killer dialogue.

– Standardised key names in options, loading tips and tutorial popups.

– Made charity money stay available after the paintings were slashed.

– Decreased kick of Mac 10 and Steyr Aug and restored Ra blade damage.

– Removed illogical player@directory prompts from computer terminals.

– Altered an Imalia line and a quest state for “bonus” magazine quest.

– You’ll lose a point of Humanity for giving the pendant to Jeanette.

– Stopped VV sending her poster so you won’t miss out on Gary’s email.

– Repaired 2.2 bug of Giovanni and Hitman quests not being recognized.

– Persuading Jeanette and Therese to make peace is like intended now.

– Checking of texts and subtitles concluded by RobinHood70 and myself.

– Fixed a double answer to Gary and modified Viktor/Maria Persuasion.

– Altered some histories that made no change, no sense or added items.

– Shortened a line of Strauss that wrongly claimed moving your stuff.

– Changed a Pisha line to reflect the possibility you killed Milligan.

– Added the missing graph files for the modified Venture tower level.

– Corrected one last name on the Santa Monica busstop and sewer signs.

– Stopped dead Malcolm sending mail and Adam repeating a line of his.

– Fixed small bugs in Damsel, Knox, Beckett, Venus and Ming dialogues.

– Restored lost lines of Flynn and moved some Malkavian lines around.

– Removed bug allowing all clans to move using one downtown sewer map.

– Correctly stated Brujah Unarmed bonus and Nosferatu Seduction zero.

– Made speaking to LaCroix before going to the Society possible again.
