Vampire: Bloodlines Reviews

Two more very favorable reviews have hit the web for Activision and Troika’s Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. The first is at TeleFragged with an overall score of 91%:

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines comes with more than its fair share of flaws, issues, and even showstopper bugs that might possibly be found, but it’s still an excellent game. This is one of those few titles that desperately needs a patch, and since Troika as of this writing has committed to making one, I’ll let the game’s many bugs slide for the purposes of this review. Yes, Troika has delivered an action-RPG that’s on par with the System Shock or Deus Ex while delving into a unique and compelling setting.

And the second is at ReviewGamer with an overall score of 8.8/10:

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is an absolute must have for all rpg’ers (computer or otherwise), vampire nuts, or Buffy fans, as well as old school roleplayers jaded by the transparent simplicity of most other computer rpg’s. Bloodlines will embrace you from the very first bite, and I doubt very much that you’ll see the light of day for a while once this one’s got it’s teeth into you.
