Tyranny Podcast Interview

Podcast Just Press Start has published an interview with Tyranny game director Brian Heins. During the interview, the game director at Obsidian talks about player choices and how choices that fit into the “evil” spectrum of morality will often be the path of least resistance (contrary to most RPGs), the game’s literary inspirations, the rationale behind the decision to use a camera and core gameplay similar to Pillars of Eternity, the team’s approach to difficulty and accessibility, and more.

As you might expect, Heins avoids revealing big new pieces of info, which is understandable with E3 and the barrage of previews that will undoubtedly follow coming soon, but this is still a pretty interesting interview, and it’s clear that the host made an attempt to ask questions that hadn’t been asked before.
