The Witcher 2 Launch Trailers Contain a Hidden Message

CD Projekt RED has released a series of different launch trailers for The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings this afternoon, including this “Love and Blood” trailer on IGN, another labeled “Hope” on GameTrailers, another labeled “How to Kill a Witcher” on G4, and a final one labeled “Fear and Disdain” that’s promised for later this evening.

Interestingly, the “Hope” trailer on GameTrailers has a hidden message embedded within it at the very end (1:55 mark). The pertinent parts:

Hi, a few words directly from The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings development team. We’ve been working on The Witcher 2 for four bloody long years, and we put our hearts and souls into it. We really think it was worth it. But of course you will pass final judgment.

By the way, can you guess who the famous composer is from that trailer?

…and one more thing, we kindly ask you, please don’t pirate the game. We really want to bring some more goodness to you in the future!

Wish you the best gaming experience and thanks for watching and for your support!
