The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Reviews

A pair of new reviews for Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion surfaced over the Memorial Day weekend. The first is at NextGenSpin with an overall score of 90/100:

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is by far the most impressive entry in the series so far, and the 360 title is definitely one of the most impressive titles in the systems library thus far. Although not without its faults, Oblivion is a beautiful game that will keep you entertained for weeks to come. It offers deep RPG elements, with quick exciting combat that will keep any gamer satisfied for quite some time.

And the second is at GameGal with an overall score of 9.5/10:

Despite the flaws in its overly ambitious design, Oblivion is a fantastic game, and one that almost any kind of gamer will be able to get into. Literally everyone we know if playing it, usually in huge weekend-eating chunks. Think about it — when was the last time you could say that about a game?
