The Banner Saga 2 Announced

During last night’s The Game Awards, Stoic’s Arnie Jorgensen and John Watson announced the sequel to The Banner Saga, titled simply The Banner Saga 2, with a live performance from the game’s soundtrack and a trailer. You can watch both segments in the embedded video:

From what little I can glimpse from the trailer, the game should look and feel very similar to the original. No word as of yet on the platforms The Banner Saga 2 will be released on or its release date. That said, I imagine the title will be published for all the platforms the original was released on, which would be PC, iOS, Android and (in the near future) PlayStation 4.
