Stellar Interface Indie Shout Out

Zooming along in your little spaceship, checking out the sights of all those Supernovas, White Giants and Black Holes, it’s quite a relaxing and pleasant existence. That’s your life in Stellar Interface, a rogue-like 2D scrolling shoot-em-up developed by Imagination Overflow. Did I mention the huge amounts of enemies trying to destroy you? Hmmm, well there are… loads of them, but not to worry your ship has a crap load of different armaments at your disposal to blow seven shades of hooey out of them at 50 parsecs or something.

So you fly through the galaxy destroying the huge multitude of ships daring to get to close to you and pick up as many perks, and consumables as you can. Apart from these making a satisfying pick-up type noise when you grab them they’ll enable you to upgrade your ship, and weapons, and merge different perks together to become to greatest destroyer of the stars or peacekeeper, whichever floats your boat.

Each level is randomly generated too, so don’t think you can just learn each level. It isn’t going to work that way sister. That’s right. Every time you try it will be different so you can only advance by getting better skilled and better equipped.

Stellar Interface Features

– Randomly generated universe and enemy formations;
– Synergistic perk system (more than 100);
– Customize each run, with different spacecrafts and weapons;
– Explore all the different levels, enjoy its pixel art and beautiful retro and nostalgic soundtrack;
– Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

If you want to grab hold of Stellar Interface you can grab it for the PC, Mac and Linux for the low price of $12.99. You can find it to buy on Steam here.

Head over to their official site here, and take a look at all the Stellar Interface goodness. Go on, you know you want to.
