Shrouded Isles Preview

Camelot Vault has posted a preview of Shrouded Isles, the upcoming expansion for Dark Age of Camelot. In it, they discuss the new graphic engine, island continents, playable races, and character classes:

Albion:
Necromancer – they are cleric-based and can wear chain armor. They were described as “the clerics of Arawn”.
Reaver – a necromancer/melee hybrid with chants to damage enemies and the ability to wear armor and carry weapons.

Hibernia:
Animist – spell casters with an affinity to plants
Valewalker – mage/melee hybrid. They wear cloth and carry a scythe.

Midgard:
Bonedancer – they are like old shamans from the iron/bronze age. They wear cloth and have animal skills.
Savage – this is a light tank. They fight hand to hand but can wear claws and brass knuckles.
