Shadowrun: Hong Kong Updates #31-32: Making of Backer Portrait, Sale and Teaser Trailer

The Shadowrun: Hong Kong team at Harebrained Schemes has released two new post-funding KS updates for the project, the thirty-first and the thirty-second respectively. The latter serves mostly to advertise the fact that the upcoming game is up for pre-order on Steam, complete with teaser trailer and screenshots (apparently the team is on track to feature complete), and that the Shadowrun titles are currently on sale on Steam, while the first includes a “peak behind the curtain” write-up on backer portraits.

The teaser trailer:

And an excerpt on the current state of the project:

Shadowrun: Hong Kong is on track for an important milestone at the end of this month: Feature Complete! That’s when the code for all our new features is working in the game. There will still be a little placeholder art remaining for some of the new interfaces we’ve added, but the underlying code works like it’s supposed to and everything will be in the hands of the artists and the designers after that. For the engineers, it’s all bug fixes, tweaks, and polish for the rest of the project!
