Shadowbane Preview

The Dr. Twister Network has added some E3 coverage which includes a Shadowbane preview. The preview is more of a comparison to Ultima Online, but offers some good information. Here’s a snippet:

But it’s the game play that has received the most attention recently. An economy and environment catered towards the grief players and that refreshes our memories of early UO days. Add in the ability to destroy houses, capture what’s inside, buy insurance deeds on houses, and hire peons to do your macroing for you – you’ve got all of the benefits in game now, that people desperately used third-party programs for to get a head in previous games. Basically, instead of fighting them, WolfPack is joining them. No need to macro mining, smelting, smithing and selling when the game will manage it for you.
