Secrets of Fable III

OXM brings us a quick list of secrets, easter eggs, and inside jokes that Lionhead Studios covertly planted in Fable III. Some of these have been revealed to us before, but it still makes for interesting reading:

In Bowerstone Industrial, two of the Warehouse signs relate to artists who’ve worked on the Game: ‘Troughton and Sons’ is Ben Troughton, and ‘Williams Metals Corporation’ is Mark Williams.

Arthur in Millfields has spent his life insulting everyone in Albion. You can find some of his previous letters in your travels. Examples can be found on the left of Mrs Tibbins’ caravan in Dweller Camp; in the left-hand room in Brightwall Academy; next to the well at the House of Cluck in Brightwall; and in The Shrine house in Bowerstone Market.

In Bowerstone Industrial, one of the Warehouse signs reads ‘Gladstone Glue Co’. The picture of a horse’s head on the sign is in reference to the fact that, while there are many abandoned horse-drawn carts in the game… there are no horses.
