Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich Reviews

A trio of new reviews have been posted for Irrational Games’ Freedom Force sequel, and they’re all positive. The first is at GamePlasma with an overall score of 8.6/10:

Overall, Freedom Force vs. The 3rd Reich is a treat for those who like RPG Strategy action, or a fanatic on comics. Of course, I’m not big on both of those, but I greatly enjoyed it. So I guess FF can be for anyone who is into big game action with a splash of RPG element in it and a handful of strategy. Either way, just go out and find this title and buy it. Or have a buddy get it and play it at his house. That’s what my friends do.

The second is at Game Club Central with an overall score of 9.0/10:

I may be a comic-book lover of old, but I can honestly say that even non comic-book fans would truly enjoy this game. If only for the story this game is worth the forty bucks. Fortunately, the action itself is very immersive so the game won’t stand alone on content alone, but also on ease of play and fun. The technical changes I can report are very positive, and with the open ending we see, you can expect to see yet another FF title down the road.

And the third is at GameShark with an overall score of 4.5/5:

Freedom Force vs. the 3RD Reich is a pretty impressive game that offers a lot of fun and cool happening moments that both comic book geeks (myself included) and fans of the original will love. It’s the kind of game that makes you want to go out and buy a geeky t-shirt or a pocket protector with the logo Prominently displayed on to let the world know that you love this game. The game is easy enough for new players to get into and deep enough for hardcore gamers to sink their teeth into as well. Multiplayer has been improved by leaps and bounds, character creation is robust and fun, and the overall presentation of the game is almost flawless. This is a good game that you simply must purchase if you call yourself a gamer. ‘ Nuff Said!
