Dryad Information Followup.

In response to a fan question about Dryad customization, Doug ‘Dark Jedi’ Shuler had the the following comments:

We’re planning on a good amount of customization options regarding the Dryads and their wings. In fact, it will be a large part of thier identity, along with face and body texture, and hair color. The art shows Butterfly and Dragonfly wings, but we’ve also got Moth wings, Gossamer wings (glittery things), and other options as well. Hopefully, each wing type will also have color choices and levels of translucency.
How much attention we can give this issue is a different beast altogether, but I feel the wings of a Dryad are their primary defining characteristic. Accordingly, we want a good number of options surrounding them.

I personally think this is the most stunning game artwork AE has released to date. I can’t wait for a dryad animation!
