Dragon Slaying

Unfortunately, it looks like the first slaying of a dragon was not without a nasty bag. Sanya made a post on Camelot Herald letting everyone know the situation and what they’re doing to correct it:

After extensive investigation and evaluation, the dragon raid on Palomides last night that resulted in the death of Golestandt, the Albion dragon was legitimate. All players involved in the battle should be extremely proud – you guys used tactics and abilities that we had not even considered (confusion spells, massive numbers of pets, etc.). It really speaks well of you all that you came up with this unique solution.

However, because you used so many external NPC monsters (pets and confused monsters) to kill Golestandt, he didn’t drop treasure when he died, because he was incorrectly set to “killed by monster”, not “killed by player” when he died. This is a bug, and will be rectified immediately by our Customer Support department, who will give the proper loot to the primary raid coordinator, Rob VanDam (a 50th level Paladin) who will distribute it to the raid members using whatever method was agreed upon for the raid.
