Darkest Dungeon II Live in Early Access

Prior to its eventual release, Red Hook Studios’ side-scrolling RPG Darkest Dungeon spent some time in early access. And it looks like the game’s sequel, Darkest Dungeon II, will be following in its predecessor’s footsteps. Right now, the early access version of the game is live on the Epic Games Store, priced at $29.99 or your regional equivalent.

In its current state, the game offers around two thirds of the expected final game content. This includes a “Final Boss,” 9 hero classes, and over 250 items. Here’s the official description:

Gather your courage and ride out into the chaos of a world undone.
