Bendy & The Ink Machine to Arrive at US Retailers

We took a look at the PC version of Bendy & the Ink Machine a little while back. Well, if you’re sitting there wanting to buy it on consoles in store, and worry you can’t find one, don’t, because it’s heading to all the major retailers in April.

Maximum Games have announced their partnership with Rooster Teeth Games, which means that the acclaimed first-person puzzle horror game from Joey Drew Studios, will be available from all North American retailers, rather than exclusively at Gamestop. Bendy will be purchasable channel-wide on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on April 9, 2019, with Nintendo Switch following on April 23rd.

Bendy & The Ink Machines, although originally episodic will be released as a complete collection for the consoles. The story tells the tale of Henry who, back in 1930, was the Lead Animator at Joey Drew Studios, best known for producing the Bendy cartoons. After receiving a mysterious invitation from Joey Drew himself, he returns to the studio and so starts the mysterious journey into the twisted madness of the cartoon.

We said “so far, I am intrigued. The overall feel of this first chapter is creepy and enticing, and I like that. It’s how I think most indie horrors should be. This isn’t another key hunt or walking simulator, it actually has a lot of potential. I recommend you go and check this one out.”

Bendy and the Ink Machine arrives at all major retailers on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch next month, and is available to pre-order now. For more information, visit https://joeydrewstudios.com.
