BattleTech Livestream Q&A

As was promised in the recent update, the developers from Harebrained Schemes participated in a livestreamed Q&A session. An hour-long VOD of it is now available on YouTube. Jordan Weisman, the original creator of BattleTech, makes a surprise appearance to promote some merchandise. A lot of the questions concern the game’s single-player story and writing but in general the scope is pretty broad. Discussed topics jump from the gameplay repercussions of your character’s background to audio barks, and then onto comparisons between BattleTech and Shadowrun in terms of storytelling. The second part of the stream revolves around answering live Twitch chat questions and those are even more eclectic. All in all – a good listen.
