Criminals are a superstitutious and cowardly lot, and these thugs are no exception. They make up for their inadequacies by carrying baseball bats and picking fights with anyone that dares challenge their manliness.

Strategy:
Thugs with bats are one of the first enemies you encounter in the game. They have no ranged attack, so their only tactic is to run at you and try to smack you with a Louisville Slugger. While they are the lowest rung of criminal society, they tend to come in groups, so the only real danger from these bat boys comes from quantity as opposed to quality. They don’t do much damage, but they can stun, which can make your life difficult if they attack in groups. Later in the game, they become imbued with Energy X, which makes them stronger, tougher, and faster, but they still will have only one attack.
