A villainous spy and master of espionage, Sukhov has orders from his masters to wreak confusion and destruction in America any way he can. Already, he has plans in motion to steal one of the most powerful weapons in the world, and countless other evil machination.

Strategy:
Sukhov is essentially a glorified thug, with better aim and more hit points. He is also resistant to mental attacks, so powers such as Mental Blank will likely not work. His pistol does reasonable damage, and with his increased accuracy he is best handled in melee combat. His punch is not very powerful, and easily weathered. After his first battle, he becomes the far more formidable Nuclear Winter.
