O’Connor became a spy when he was working on the Manhattan project with Frank Stiles, selling valuable information to the Russians. Keeping his affiliations a closely guarded secret, O’Connor has continued to work both sides of the Cold War in a dangerous game of cross and double-cross.

Strategy:
O’Connor is the communist traitor responsible for Frank Stiles’ downfall, as well as being integral in the transformation of Frank to Minuteman. He has similar attributes and weaknesses to an average thug, albeit with significantly better aim with his pistol, and a little more backbone. He is guarded by several thugs of varying weaponry, and has a tendency to blow up buildings that have heroes standing on the roof. O’Connor is Minuteman’s first lead into unraveling the story’s plot.
