Caught in a blast of liquid nitrogen, the Russian agent Sukhov expected a swift death. Instead, he found that his Energy X soaked body took on the properties of the freezing spray. Sukhov became Nuclear Winter and procedded with his plans to sow havor on American soil.

Strategy:
Nuclear Winter has a decent ranged attack, but he will more often than not close in for close combat. He has an area attack that will mind blank those near him, and his melee attack is a strong punch that does added cold damage. If the fight turns against him, he will often use his ice shell, which gives him protection from attacks but renders him immobile. As can be expected, fire does heavy damage against him, though a few strong melee attacks will be enough to take him out.
