We haven’t heard much about Bethesda’s lawsuit against Interplay since mid-October, but now Ausir over at The Vault brings word that Bethesda’s motion for a preliminary injunction against Interplay (in order to halt development of Project V13 and sales of the Fallout Trilogy bundle pack) has been denied.
