You’ll receive this quest from Alexx at Macross Point (#1) when you ask her about goblins.

Walkthrough

Alexx will tell you that her caravan is currently stuck in Macross Point, and that she doesn’t like the goblins wandering around to the south. She’ll worry that the goblins might discover their location and reveal it to the goblin invasion force, which would be bad news for the caravan. So she’ll ask you to kill the goblins.

You’ll discover seven Goblin Soldiers in all (#2). They’ll be separated enough that you should be able to kill them one or two at a time. After defeating the goblins, when you return to Alexx, she’ll reward you with 600 gp and 1500 xp.
