You’ll receive this quest when you talk to Anwick inside his house in the Yoma River Valley.

Walkthrough

Anwick (#1) will tell you that Crimson Dragonels have been plaguing him (and his sheep), and he’ll ask you to destroy their nest, which he figures will cause them to leave the area. However, Anwick won’t have any idea where their nest is located.

You’ll find the dragonel nest located to the east in the Southern Kessian Basin (#3). It’s a large object that has over 300 points of health, so it’s not the easiest thing to bash. Instead, you might want to use some Powder Kegs on it. You can pick up two in Yoma River Valley (#2), and you can find some more in the Convent’s Well (Exit A). You can also use Demon Oil to burn it. If you take a slow approach to destroying the nest, then you’ll have to deal with extra Crimson Dragonels. Every ten turns or so, a new dragonel will fly out of the nest.

When you destroy the dragonel nest, you’ll receive 500 xp, and you’ll find a Dragonel Nest Piece inside. Then when you deliver the nest piece to Anwick, he’ll reward you with 100 gp and 250 xp. Anwick will also allow you to keep the nest piece, which will allow you to sell it for a few extra gp.
