This Ash of War grants an armament the Sacred affinity and the following skill: “Golden Parry: Perform an Erdtree incantation and swing the shield to deflect enemy attacks and break their stance. Effective even at a slight distance.” Usable on small and medium shields.

Where to Find the Ash of War: Golden Parry

Found in the Altus Plateau’s Capital Outskirts, in the Minor Erdtree Church, northeast of the Outer Wall Phantom Tree site of grace.

This loot beetle disappears if you get too close, and you can’t aim at it from below — you’ll need to use a telescope to aim (or approach from above) and hit it with a projectile.
