A Prized Possession – Dungeon Siege III Side Quest

Background

A Lescanzi sergeant named Ottokar has stolen a valuable heirloom from Anton in Raven’s Rill. Anton asked you to retrieve his stolen property.

Walkthrough

Defeat Ottokar

When you talk to Anton in Lower Raven’s Rill (#1), he’ll tell a you that Ottokar stole a golden statue of Azunai — “the most valuable thing I own… or owned” — from a shrine in his house, and he’ll ask you to get it back. You’ll find Ottokar in a camp in the West Forest (#2). He’ll have some men with him, so try to take them down first and then concentrate on Ottokar.

Return to Anton

When you return to Anton, he’ll offer you a reward. If you take it, then you’ll receive about 500 coins. If you don’t, and if you also refuse rewards for The Fishing Hole and The Widow’s Revenge, then you’ll gain the Avatar of Ultimate Virtue deed (+5 Will). Either way, you’ll also receive 355 xp.
