The spirit is involved in the secondary quest Spirits of Aranna.

3 – District of the Sword Lieutenant

When you kill the lieutenant, he’ll drop the key to the District of the Crossbow (Quest Item 73).

4 – District of the Crossbow Lieutenant

When you kill the lieutenant, he’ll drop the key to the District of the Lance (Quest Item 74).

5 – Supply Vaults

6 – District of the Lance Lieutenant

When you kill the lieutenant, he’ll drop the key to the District of the Chief (Quest Item 76).

10 – Elevator

The elevator leads to the area south and east of the city. The button that controls the elevator can be found on the wall just to the west of it.

The secret door is involved in the secondary quest Finala’s Contempt. You’ll only be able to open it if you have Finala in your party.

12 – Morden Riders

The Morden riders will give you the secondary quest The Morden Riders. You’ll have to complete that quest to continue east to the abandoned temple (#13).

13 – Abandoned Temple

You’ll find some chests (including a big chest) in the temple here, plus the greater chant of fortification (Chant 64). The lectern holding the chant is located along the northern wall.

I'm a huge gamer who especially loves the Final Fantasy series. I will play just about any game, especially if it has anything resembling a Dragoon.
