Background

If you talk to Gerlin (#1) after completing the quest Madness in Murolosh, then he’ll give you this quest.

Walkthrough

Gerlin will ask you to help him with a “rather delicate matter” involving succession and inheritance. All you’ll need to do is enter the throne room (#2) and read the four books there. You’ll find two of the books near the throne, and the other two on the sides of the room. You’ll gain 50 experience points for reading the books, and then Gerlin will give you 30 ducats and a Ring of Endurance when you return to him.
