You’ll receive this quest from the Blackstone Irregulars box inside the Gnawed Noble Tavern in the Denerim Market District.

Restocking the Guild

For this quest you’ll need to deliver 20 health poultices of any quality to one of the Blackstone Irregulars liaisons (located in Lothering, Redcliffe, and the Denerim Market District). The game will pick your least powerful poultices first, so make sure that you have 20 Lesser Health Poultices before completing the quest. When you do, you’ll receive 3 sovereigns, 98 silvers, and 175 xp.
