Have You Seen Me? – Dragon Age: Origins Quest

This guide will walk you through the “Have You Seen Me?” quest in Dragon Age: Origins. We will go through all the steps to complete this mission.

You’ll receive this quest from the Mages’ Collective bag in the Denerim Market District.

Have You Seen Me?

For this quest you’ll need to track down the mage Renold, who was last seen traveling in the direction of the Brecilian Forest. You’ll find Renold, or at least his corpse, during a random encounter on the world map. A “red” abomination will be standing over his body, and it will attack you when you arrive. With four against one, the abomination shouldn’t last very long, and it will drop a Feldspar Ring when it dies.

Note: The Feldspar Ring is a quest item, but you won’t be able to use it for anything.

When you examine Renold’s corpse, you’ll find a journal, and looting it will give you the Quest-Related codex entry for Renold’s Plea (where you’ll learn that Renold was hunting for his apprentice, who had become an abomination). Then when you report in to any of the Mages’ Collective liaisons (at the Lake Calenhad Docks, Redcliffe, or the Denerim Market District), you’ll be rewarded with 1 sovereign and 175 xp.
