Temple of Nimir Walkthrough

After finishing the quest Old Dogs or New Tricks?, you’ll be able to access the temple to the far east of the Lanilor Lane.

If you take the turn to the south, you’ll reach a room with several levers (#2). The pedestal with a book will give you tips on how to solve the puzzle – all the fake walls need to be lifted (the green light needs to appear) in order to free Minius. In order to do that, you’ll need to pull the first lever, then the one at the end (going clock-wise). Then just open the nearest lever, by continuing to go in a circle. Press the first lever again and you’ll open the secret compartment where Minius/Aulus was. If you mindread him, you’ll find out about a key (#3) (though it’s still there, even if you don’t mindread). The key opens the golden chest right behind the soldier. It contains a few divine charms.

The room at the western end is a treasury that has a golden chest (#4) with Shadow Archer leggings in it.

At the end of the northern corridor, you’ll meet Baldini (#5). He gives you the side quest Baldini’s Bouquet. If you mindread him, you’ll get a piece of information pertaining a secret button one of the chests located high above. Simply take the ladders and you’ll reach the platforms that you need. With a bit of jumping, you’ll reach the chest with the button and a “flower that doesn’t exist”. The button spawns additional platform that will help you reach the second chest that has Dragon Wizard gauntlets inside.

The rest of the quest is covered on the page Baldini’s Bouquet.
