Background

You’ll trigger this task when you find your Damaged Ledger inside the locked trash container behind the Whirling-in-Rags. See the Open Trash Container task for how to get the trash container open.

Walkthrough

When you examine the white papers in your ledger, if you “count the pages,” then you’ll begin a case file. After making some notes, you’ll be allowed to name the case. Only one name will work: “The Hanged Man.” When you select it, you’ll complete the task and earn 30 xp.
