Background

You’ll trigger this task when you ask Garte about the private mess hall in the Whirling-in-Rags. You’ll have to examine the sign on the mess hall before you can ask Garte about it.

Walkthrough

Garte will inform you that the “nastiest and loudest” members of the union use the mess hall, but you won’t see anybody in there until the morning of Day 2. At that point, a speech bubble will appear on Kim’s portrait. When you talk to him, you’ll need to ask him “Are these the men Garte told us about yesterday?” He’ll agree that they are, which will complete the task and earn you 30 xp.
