Background

After finding the hanged man’s clothes inside the trash container behind the Whirling-in-Rags (#1), if you ask Cuno (#2) about them, then he’ll reveal that he has some FALN “Modular” Track Pants available for 500 real. This will trigger the task.

Walkthrough

After mentioning the pants, Cuno won’t actually sell them to you — and you’re not likely to have the 500 real necessary for them anyway. To get Cuno to lower his price, you’ll have to gain his respect. To do this, you’ll need to ask him about his name, survive the ensuing “rape” performance, and then pass an Empathy check with him. If the conversation you have with Cuno after the Empathy check proves fruitful, then he’ll offer you some business deals, including selling you the pants for 15 real. When you buy the pants, you’ll also receive 10 xp for completing the task.
