Plane of Earth – Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II

This guide will walk you through the Plane of Earth in Chapter Three of Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II.

1 – Luvia’s Back

When you enter the Elemental Plane of Earth, you get a cut scene of Kharne reminding Luvia Bloodmire of her promise to guard the foundation against you. Many of the halls on this plane are blocked by mineral deposits that you can punch through. Start out either by going northeast or east from the staring point. Both paths lead to the same place.

2 – Confusing Halls

The halls to the east branch off a lot, but they all lead back to the same place, basically, just head east until you can’t anymore (searching alcoves along the way), then head north until you can’t anymore, then west until you hit a save point. If you want to go back and explore any areas you missed, do so, but come back to this save point to continue.

3 – Less Confusing Halls

Heading west from this save point, the level will become much more linear. All the side areas will be dead ends, so continue until you come to another save point.

4 – To Earth Foundation

East of the last save point, you’ll find the exit to the Earth Foundation.
