Mordoc’s Sanctuary – Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II

This guide will walk you through Mordoc’s Sanctuary in Chapter Three of Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II.

1 – Mordoc

When you enter the level, Mordoc will try to get you to serve him. Of course you won’t, so you’ll have to fight. He summons two nightwalkers, so deal with them with ranged weapons before you try to take on Mordoc himself. Mordoc can turn into a swarm of bats, so ranged weapons won’t help much against him. Use the technique of trying to hit him in the back, but run when he’s about to finish a flourish of his sword, it will knock you back from him. When you get his health down to zero, he’ll turn into mist and leave. You’ll then get a cut scene of him on the Plane of Shadow telling his followers to move the Onyx Tower to Baldur’s Gate.
