Crypts of Ilmater 2 – Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance

In the deepest levels of the crypt you will have to defeat an Evil Orb, but you can expect some significant rewards for doing so.

Walkthrough

1 – Entry Chamber

A save point and chest await you in the entry chamber to the second crypt level.

2 – Save Point

This room has a save point as well as a morning star of disruption +1.

3 – Save Point

A short way away lies another save point, a sure sign that your headed for a boss fight.

4 – Evil Orb

Beat on the orb for a while and it will spawn undead and fly up out of reach. Kill the undead and it will come back down. Lather, rinse, and repeat until it explodes. When you are done, Fayed will come in and congratulate you. You’ll also get 750 xp and an amulet of protection +2. Fayed says to go back to the Elfsong to meet another follower of Ilmater.
